1. Scope and suppliers<\/h2>\n

These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts concluded via fln.gg between Frontline Network, owner Christoph Paschen, Volksdorfer Damm 257b, 22395 Hamburg, Germany, and its customers.<\/p>\n

The offer is aimed at consumers and entrepreneurs. The consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction mainly for purposes which cannot be imputed to his trade or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, at the time of conclusion of the contract, acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.<\/p>\n

2. Offers and scope of services<\/h2>\n

In particular, Frontline Network offers limited-time VIP access for designated game servers, CRCON hosting, managed server and administration services, setup services, training and individually agreed services.<\/p>\n

The binding scope of services results from the respective product or offer description at the time of order. Information on overview, community or information pages serves as a classification and does not replace the specific product description.<\/p>\n

3. Vertragsschluss<\/h2>\n

The presentation of a product in the shop is not yet a binding contract offer. In the shopping cart you can check and correct entries. With the final order button, you make a binding offer to conclude the contract for the selected services.<\/p>\n

After receiving the order, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. The contract is concluded when Frontline Network expressly accepts the order, provides the service or confirms receipt of payment. In the case of an individual offer, the contract is concluded in accordance with the information in this offer.<\/p>\n

The contract language is German. The order text and the information applicable to the contract are provided in the WooCommerce customer account and in the transaction-related messages, as far as this is technically and legally provided.<\/p>\n

4. Customer account and Discord link<\/h2>\n

For certain digital services, an WooCommerce customer account is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and keeping account details up-to-date and accurate.<\/p>\n

The Discord login is an additional login to the same customer account. No separate frontline account will be created. If a product requires an Discord or game account allocation, the necessary identifiers must be specified correctly or linked to the customer account.<\/p>\n

5. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n

The prices shown in the shop or individual offer apply. Whether VAT is included or shown separately, results from the respective price indication and the information in the checkout. The payment methods available in the checkout may vary depending on the order and technical payment service.<\/p>\n

The payment is due at the time specified in the ordering process or individual offer. If a payment fails or is reversed, the related provision may be suspended until clarification.<\/p>\n

6. VIP access<\/h2>\n

A VIP product grants prioritized or reserved access to the technically available extent for the designated duration and the servers identified in the product description. Access begins with the successful assignment and activation, unless the product description indicates another start.<\/p>\n

VIP is assigned to the game account specified in the order or in the customer account. A transfer to other persons or accounts is only possible after prior agreement. VIP access does not entitle you to a free slot at any time, a certain server usage or the uninterrupted operation of a game or external platforms.<\/p>\n

Community and server rules apply regardless of purchase. VIP does not protect against measures that are necessary due to a violation of the rules, a security situation or a requirement of the game or platform operator.<\/p>\n

Products with a fixed term end after the specified period without needing to be terminated unless an automatic renewal has been expressly agreed in the ordering process.<\/p>\n

7. Hosting, CRCON and Managed Services<\/h2>\n

For hosting and managed service products, Frontline Network provides the technical services mentioned in the product description or in the individual offer. Gameserver, CRCON instance, administration, moderation, and additional integrations are separate performance components and only included when explicitly stated.<\/p>\n

Setup and handover dates presuppose that all required access data, server information, releases and participations are available in good time. Delays due to lack of or incorrect cooperation postpone agreed dates appropriately.<\/p>\n

Individual developments, migrations, special configurations or services outside of a published package require a separate agreement.<\/p>\n

8. Mitwirkungspflichten<\/h2>\n

You provide the information required for the performance in full and in a timely manner. Access data may only be transmitted by the secure means provided for that purpose. You secure content and configurations that are solely your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

You may not use the Services for unlawful content, attacks on technical systems, circumvention of protective measures or other abusive purposes. The rights of third parties and the rules of the integrated games, platforms and services must be observed.<\/p>\n

9. Availability, maintenance and external services<\/h2>\n

Frontline Network strives for a stable and secure operation. Short-term restrictions may arise in particular through maintenance, updates, security measures, disruptions of data centers, networks, game manufacturers, platforms or other external services.<\/p>\n

A certain availability or reaction time is only owed if it has been expressly promised in the respective product or individual offer. Plannable maintenance work shall be carried out as far as possible in such a way as to minimise the impact on use.<\/p>\n

10. Changes to ongoing digital services<\/h2>\n

Technical adaptations are permitted if they are necessary for security, compatibility, troubleshooting or to respond to changes in external interfaces and do not unreasonably affect the main contractual service. Appropriate information shall be provided on material impacts on ongoing performance.<\/p>\n

11. Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>\n

Consumers are in principle entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in the case of distance contracts. Details, deadlines and the model withdrawal form can be found in the Cancellation policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the case of digital content and services, special legal requirements may apply for the commencement of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The necessary explanations are, as far as relevant, obtained separately in the ordering process.<\/p>\n

12. Rights of defects and liability<\/h2>\n

The legal defect rights apply. In the event of a fault, you should provide Frontline Network with a comprehensible description and a reasonable opportunity to check and remedy it.<\/p>\n

Frontline Network is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as in cases of mandatory legal liability. In addition, the liability is governed by the statutory provisions.<\/p>\n

13. Duration and termination<\/h2>\n

Duration and termination possibilities result from the respective product description or individual agreement. The right to extraordinary termination for an important reason remains unaffected.<\/p>\n

After the end of the contract, accesses can be deactivated and data deleted after expiry of legal or agreed retention periods. Required exports or transfers must be agreed before the end of the contract.<\/p>\n

14. Schlussbestimmungen<\/h2>\n

German law applies to the exclusion of UN sales law. In the case of consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the protection of mandatory provisions of the State of their habitual residence.<\/p>\n

Should individual provisions be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the other provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective provision is replaced by the legal regulations.<\/p>\n
