Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of revocation.<\/p>\n

For the repayment, we generally use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No charges will be charged to you for the repayment.<\/p>\n

Start of a service during the withdrawal period<\/h2>\n

If you have requested that a service already begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount in the event of a withdrawal for the proportion of the service already provided until the withdrawal. Decisive is the ratio of the already provided service to the agreed total scope.<\/p>\n

In the case of a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires with the full provision only if you have expressly agreed to the early start and confirmed that you know that your right of withdrawal expires with full performance of the contract.<\/p>\n

Digital content without physical data carriers<\/h2>\n

In the case of remunerated digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of revocation may expire at the beginning of the performance of the contract. In particular, the prerequisite is that you have expressly agreed to the beginning before the expiry of the cancellation period, confirmed the loss of the right of cancellation and received a contract confirmation.<\/p>\n
