WARDOGS CRCON
Server management, moderation context and community integrations for WARDOGS in an independent Frontline system.
Built for WARDOGS, not merely renamed.
After Frontline RCON for Hell Let Loose and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam and ARCON for Arma Reforger, WARDOGS CRCON is becoming the third full system in our administration-tool family.
The products share experience from community operations, moderation and Discord integration. Their server connections, data models, permissions and capability checks remain independent. The current state is more than a design study: the interface represents a connected operating flow and selected read-only functions have been verified in a production context.
From server state to a traceable workflow.
WARDOGS supplies server information and supported actions. CRCON organises that information, connects related tasks and preserves the context needed for administration and community operations.
Observe
Connection, match, players and rotation are read in the context of the selected server.
Assess
Current state, historical information and local notes remain distinguishable.
Act
Only supported and approved actions are sent to the explicitly selected server.
Confirm
A request is complete only after a reliable result has been returned.
What is evidenced today and what comes later.
A visible screen, existing code and production approval are different kinds of evidence. We name them separately.
See server operations in context.
WARDOGS CRCON organises available information around the way communities actually operate.
Server and match
Connection, map, mode, factions, occupancy, match values and diagnostics are combined with the observed data timestamp.
Maps and rotation
The active match, variants, map choice, lighting and saved rotation remain part of one workflow.
Context and observation
Session data, local observations, watchlists and history are separated so signals are not mistaken for confirmed incidents.
Decision and result
Administrative requests carry their target server, operator context and a traceable outcome state.
Campaigns and content
Reusable messages, scheduling and processing status support rules, organised events and operational notices.
History and permissions
Match archives, roles, user permissions, documentation and multi-server context make operations reviewable.

Context first, action second.
The dashboard is designed to show which server and which observed moment a value belongs to, not merely display as many numbers as possible.
A moderation decision should not be based on a single conspicuous value. CRCON separates current server reports, historical observations, local notes and confirmed outcomes. A submitted request is not a success; only the target system's response can close the operation.
- Server status and live data in instance context
- Player records, watchlists and observation history
- Explicit target and permission checks before actions
- Clear separation between requested and confirmed
Show server information where the community meets.
Not every member needs access to the full administration panel. Approved information can be shown in Discord through limited server-side paths.
A persistent status board and live leaderboard reads have been verified using available match data. Those read functions do not expose central RCON credentials to regular Discord users.
VIP assignment, time-limited reservations and community points are separate write workflows. They remain disabled until identity, target server, permission, confirmation and expiry behaviour have been approved together.
The target server stays explicit.
The server overview shows which instance is selected, what state it reports and where its administration begins.
Explicit selection is essential when a community operates more than one instance. Actions and permissions must never drift silently to another target. The documented catalogue connects selection, state and the next management step without exposing server credentials in the browser.
- Explicit selection instead of a hidden default
- Separate connection and data status for every server
- Permissions checked for the selected target
- No central RCON credentials exposed to users

Test together, release deliberately.
WARDOGS CRCON is not yet a generally bookable mass-market product. Its existing core is being developed around real community workflows.
The next focus areas include complete acceptance of write operations, reliable expiry of reservations, community points and a clearly separated delivery model for additional communities. Dates and capabilities are promised only after the relevant path has been tested with reliable evidence.
Three systems, one standard.
Each game receives a suitable technical foundation. Clear states, usable interfaces and traceable administration connect the products.
Frontline RCON
For Hell Let Loose and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, with web administration, mobile operations and Discord reporting.
ARCON
Administration, telemetry and community operations for Arma Reforger with a view towards the wider Arma platform.
WARDOGS CRCON
Independent management and community integration for WARDOGS, expanded in controlled stages around available interfaces.
WARDOGS CRCON, clearly explained.
The key answers about the product family, capabilities, Discord integration and availability.
What is Frontline WARDOGS CRCON?
WARDOGS CRCON is our independent management and community system for WARDOGS servers. It presents available server data and connects it to traceable operational workflows.
Is WARDOGS CRCON an official BULKHEAD or Team17 product?
No. WARDOGS CRCON is developed by Frontline Network and builds on the interfaces available for the game.
Is this just the HLL RCON with a new name?
No. WARDOGS requires its own server connection, data processing and verification. We reuse operational experience, but do not transfer capabilities without testing them.
Which areas are included in the interface?
The documented product state includes live operation, maps and rotation, player and moderation context, campaigns, history and multi-server administration.
Which Discord functions have been verified?
A server-status board and live leaderboard read paths have been tested separately. Write functions remain behind their own approval gates.
Can Discord already grant VIP automatically?
VIP assignment, expiry handling and community-points integration are not generally released. This page does not present them as finished self-service features.
Can WARDOGS CRCON manage several servers?
The interface includes multi-server context and explicit target selection. Availability and permissions are checked separately for every connected server.
Can I buy WARDOGS CRCON today?
Not yet as a generally released shop product. Interested communities can contact us to discuss the current state, requirements and a clearly scoped test.
How is CRCON different from the game server?
The game server runs WARDOGS. CRCON is the additional administration and community layer that exposes supported information and actions in a structured way.
Where is the current development status documented?
The linked development article separates visible interface work, verified read functions and unreleased write functions with a dated status.
Which information can the live dashboard show?
Depending on the available server report, it can combine connection, map, mode, occupancy, factions, match values and rotation. Missing values are not silently reported as zero.
How can a community help test the system?
We use controlled tests with communities that can document their server structure, roles and daily workflows. We do not begin with unrestricted mass access.
