Are you already running a gaming community, planning a new server or looking for technical support for an existing project? Via this page you can send FLN the most important key data. The request serves as a basis for an initial examination and a possible interview. It is not an automatic recording and not a binding performance commitment.

For which projects the request is intended
The path fits for:
- existing clans and gaming communities with clear contacts,
- server teams that require hosting, CRCON or technical support,
- groups with a specific game or event project,
- communities that want to connect existing structures with FLN,
- Teams that want to build moderation or reporting processes.
An initial idea is sufficient if the goal and responsibility are recognizable. Pure advertising requests, projects without contact or projects aimed at cheats, exploits, extremist content or unlawful offers will not be pursued.

What kind of cooperation is possible
Depending on the project, cooperation can take different forms. Possible are technical infrastructure, game server hosting, CRCON, managed services, training, report processes or a common community connection. Not every project needs everything.
If you only want to rent a server or have it technically operated, Hosting & Services The more direct entry. This community request makes sense if, in addition to the technology, organization, joint appearance or long-term cooperation play a role.
We need this information
Describe your project specifically:
- Name of the community or project
- verantwortliche Kontaktperson
- Game or games
- Platforms and region
- Current status: Planning, test operation or live
- existing server, website or Discord
- Size and activity of the team
- Existing administration and moderation structure
- Objective of cooperation
- Required technical or organisational support
- desired starting period
Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or full server access. Technical access data are exchanged only after a clear agreement on a secure route.
This is how the test runs.
After sending, it is checked whether the objective, scope and responsibilities are sufficiently clear. If there are any open points, there are specific questions. If the project basically fits, a conversation or a technical exchange is agreed.
Only then will it be determined:
- which services are actually needed,
- What tasks remain with your team,
- which costs and terms apply;
- which accesses are required,
- and whether public cooperation makes sense.
Not every request leads to cooperation. A clear rejection is better than a project in which responsibilities or expectations do not fit together from the beginning.
Requirements for community and team
A functioning community needs at least one reachable responsible person, comprehensible rules and the willingness to deal with problems in a structured manner. A server without moderation or an Discord without responsibilities does not become stable through technology alone.
FLN does not expect a perfect organization. However, it must be clear who makes decisions, how players receive help and how reports or conflicts are dealt with. The Fairplay-Konzept Shows how notification, verification and objection can be separated.
Hosting, tools and services
Standardized HLL and CRCON offerings are integrated via existing product pathways. Further game servers can be provided individually. In addition, technical setup, monitoring, backups, admin training and moderation workflows are possible if they fit into the project.
The Report Bot is interesting for teams that want to record player messages in a structured manner. It does not replace moderators and does not make an automatic ban decision.
Frequently asked questions
Does a community need a minimum size?
Not mandatory. A smaller team with clear responsibility and realistic goal can fit better than a large but unorganized group.
Is the request subject to a charge?
The question itself is non-binding. Costs arise only when specific hosting, service or product services are agreed or ordered.
Can existing servers be taken over?
A migration can be checked. This will require later technical data, modset, data scope and the desired operating model. Access data should not be included in the initial form.
Is every community publicly named as a partner?
No. Public representation will only take place if they are part of the cooperation and have agreed to both sides.
Can I present my project at an early planning stage?
Yes. A finished server is not a prerequisite for a first conversation. Describe the target group, the game, those responsible, the planned operation and the points where support would be useful. The more clearly the project is outlined, the better a viable next step can be found.
What support will new communities receive?
We help with structure, roles, moderation, technology and the first joint activities. We agree on scope and responsibilities transparently.
Do partner groups have to use the same rules?
Common areas need reliable ground rules. Own identity and additional rules remain possible as long as they are compatible with fair play and platform specifications.
Can Frontline also provide the game server?
Yes. In addition to community structure, we can plan suitable game servers, operations and management tools together with you.
One server becomes a joint project
FLN is not looking for logos for a partner list, but projects with people behind it. Therefore, describe who takes responsibility, how you play with each other and which problem you want to solve together. A small, active group with clear roles can fit better than a large community without reachable contacts.
Cooperation should give both sides more than scope. Conceivable are joint events, technical support, hosting or a clearly defined service. In the first conversation, you will not only be asked what FLN should deliver, but also what game experience you want to create and how moderation, communication and operation are organized.
